What does Plainer cost?
Free to use. Notes, files and planning do not require a card or a personal AI API key. Free assistant use has shared usage and capacity limits. Optional Plainer Pro adds a personal assistant allowance for $8 a month or $72 a year. Its 14-day free trial requires a card and renews automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel Pro from Settings. Ordinary file and planning controls still work when the assistant is unavailable.
Getting useful help
Describe what happened, what you expected and which browser you use. Include an error reference if one appeared. Keep passwords, sign-in links, API keys and private planner or Calendar content out of your message.
We use your reply address and message to respond. Email passes through mail providers and can remain in the support inbox. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and retention.
Account and data controls
You can export your workspace and delete your account in Settings. Use Google Calendar in the sidebar to disconnect and remove its stored connection and imported events. Contact us if you need help; ownership may need to be verified before an account request can be completed.
