Plan my day.commandCommand file
Plan my dayRuns without the assistant

Roll over unfinished tasks and plan the selected day around routines, priorities and calendar commitments.

STEPS1. plan_day

What it does

  • Moves unfinished tasks from earlier days to the selected day and clears their old times.
  • Pulls in undated tasks that are due by that day, and tasks tagged for this week when there is room, highest priority first.
  • Places the day’s flexible tasks and untimed routines in the free time around fixed tasks, timed routines and busy calendar events.
  • Ranks tasks by priority: 2 × importance + urgency. When you plan today, it starts from the current time.
  • Does not schedule blocked tasks, or tasks you set not to schedule automatically.
